Shining
in the night
pale light
second glance
your stance
perhaps you
misunderstand
the command
such responsibility
to be free
from the fetters
of sin
you've fallen in
mouth open wide
you run and hide
don't you see
you're blinded
in falsity
speaking untruth
invaded by lies
I reply
speak not to me
behind your grin
it's not Him
I run to my God
He sees inside
your teachings
your pride
and you deny.
